This fine English sparkling wine is a classic example of how well grown English grapes can be made into elegant, top quality sparkling wine. It has been aged for 12 months on lees after the secondary fermentation in the bottle, this provides subtle notes of biscuit and brioche. These balance well against the classic apple, elderflower and citrus notes on the palate and the crisp acidity. The long-slow fermentation process results in fine bubbles and a fantastic mouthfeel.
Like all of our products, this sparkling wine is not sweetened before release, to truly express the character of the grapes. It is definitely a dry style and the alchemy of other flavours and textures make this a wonderful taste experience.
